📚 Explain what to do after losing access to an account (#12866)

Add a section to Your account for cloud users who can no longer sign
in, for example after their Google account was suspended. It points them
to support@penpot.app, lists what to send so support can confirm the
account is theirs, and suggests exporting important files.

<p>If you can no longer sign in to your Penpot cloud account, for example because your Google account was suspended or you lost access to your email, write to <a href="mailto:support@penpot.app">support@penpot.app</a>. Once we confirm that the account is yours, we can give you access to its files from an account you can use.</p>
<p>Include in your message:</p>
<ul>
<li>The email of the account you can no longer access.</li>
<li>The email you can use now, if you already have another Penpot account.</li>
<li>Anything that helps us confirm the account is yours: names of projects, files or boards, file links, or screenshots of your designs.</li>

<p>To avoid losing work, <a href="/user-guide/export-import/export-import-files/#files-export">export your important files</a> from time to time and keep the <code>.penpot</code> files somewhere safe.</p>
