After several failed login attempts in a short time, your account can be locked for some minutes. Penpot shows how long to wait. Resetting your password unlocks it.
On self-hosted installations, the administrator sets these limits. See Session expiration and Account lockout in the Technical Guide.
+If you can no longer sign in to your Penpot cloud account, for example because your Google account was suspended or you lost access to your email, write to support@penpot.app. Once we confirm that the account is yours, we can give you access to its files from an account you can use.
