♻️ Migrate workspace zoom widget to modern syntax (#11637) ...

Migrate zoom-widget-workspace to zoom-widget-workspace* following the
modern rumext component syntax: drop ::mf/wrap-props false and switch
the callsite from [:& ...] to [:> ...]. No behavior change.
