feat(video): 实现统一视频裁剪策略并移除旧逻辑

重构视频处理流程,引入基于OST类型的统一裁剪策略:
- 新增 clip_video_unified 函数处理三种OST类型
- 移除预裁剪步骤和相关UI组件
- 优化任务处理流程,减少重复裁剪
- 添加详细的错误处理和日志记录
