💄 Remove the border from the boolean operation buttons (#12510) ...

The boolean operation buttons at the top of the Design tab showed the
2px border of the legacy radio buttons. The design team is reworking
this section; for now only the border goes away, in normal and selected
state, by making the border color variables transparent there.
