🐛 Fix strikethrough tooltip shortcut (#12221) ...

The Strikethrough button tooltip showed Alt+Shift+Ctrl+5, but the
shortcut is Alt+Shift+5. The tooltip used meta-shift, which adds
Ctrl (Cmd on Mac). Build it with shift so it matches the command.

Closes #12217
