Resolve missing shape references through each copy's retained source inputs.
Name them by receiving and source paths while keeping live tree names first.
Preserve sharing and keep distinct historical replacements distinguishable.
Unknown references remain visible to comparison.

Keep the original red regression unchanged and remove both F251 frontend
marks. Cover independent UUID allocation, shared references, corrupt swaps,
live replacements and historical replacements at the same source path.

Validation: full common JVM/JavaScript, frontend and backend/exporter suites;
common/frontend lint and format; all six common properties with 40 programs
at seed 712 in both runtimes. Focused common: 3 tests, 13 assertions;
frontend parity/retained-state controls: 30 and 14 assertions without marks.
Production code did not change; no new sync benchmark was required.
