Andrey Antukh 4a4f50e7ea 🔥 Stop printing separator lines in reports ...

Drop the equals-sign banners from the CLJS throwable formatter,
so new frontend error reports are born without them. The JVM
branch never printed them. Adds a test asserting full reports
carry sections but no separator runs.
