Changing position, size or rotation from the measures menu triggered the bounding box cloaking, which sets the transform to :move for one second. While it lasts the selection outline and handles are hidden, and since the size badge is now shown during :move, only the badge stayed on screen. Stop cloaking from these inputs so the selection stays visible while its geometry is edited. Closes #12162 AI-assisted-by: claude-opus-5-5
