Generate plugin.js before Angular builds each of the eight Angular plugins. The previous order wrote the script to src/assets after Angular had copied assets to dist, so clean deploys published manifests without their code. Verified clean builds include all declared manifest assets for all eight plugins. Plugin lint, format checks and all 101 tests pass. AI-assisted-by: gpt-6.1-sol
