First step of the graph-overlay port: index identity, type and topology in datascript over the document, instead of projecting every shape attribute into a Ladybug database. Backend and frontend both declare it, because the index is meant to end up in the derived-index worker. Measured motivation (devenv, JVM datascript 1.8.1): a 20k-shape file indexes in 1.1s and 5.7MB, against 33-43s and 144MB for the equivalent Ladybug session.
