alonso.torres 811a60d355 🔧 Allow machine precision geometry noise in composable undo checks

Keep snapshots exact and compare only shape geometry within an absolute
1e-10 tolerance. Reflow recomputed 0.01 as 0.010000000000005116 after undo.
Opacity, touched groups and other authored fields still compare exactly.
Fix the false positive F130 and document the narrow exception.

The regression failed before the fix. Focused comparison and structural
undo checks pass 2 tests with 9 assertions, including negative controls.
