alonso.torres 7a64bd9b67 🐛 Give the MCP plugin test the version check it calls

The connection metadata test runs plugin.ts with its imports replaced
by stand-ins. They lacked extractMinorVersion and isCompatibleVersion,
which plugin.ts calls on connect, so the test of an integrated plugin
that stays idle until connected failed. The stand-ins now pass the real
version check functions through.

Penpot MCP Plugin

This project contains a Penpot plugin that accompanies the Penpot MCP server. It connects to the MCP server via WebSocket, subsequently allowing the MCP server to execute tasks in Penpot using the Plugin API.

Setup

Install Dependencies
```
 pnpm install
```
Build the Project
```
 pnpm run build
```
Start a Local Development Server
```
 pnpm run start
```
This will start a local development server at http://localhost:4400.
