Add typed one-character Zhuyin readings with upright right-side symbols
and separate neutral and non-neutral tones in both writing modes.
Persist the mode through the editor, WASM bridge and Plugin API. Preserve
annotation clearance and canvas, PNG, PDF and SVG geometry.

Validate syntax and selection boundaries, and cover schema, bridge,
rendering, UI and API behavior. Native IME and reader review remain open.
