The four preview migrations leave the 0155-0159 range, where develop keeps registering new entries around them, and take 0800-0803. Upstream cannot force another mid-development renumber now; the migrations take their final autoincrement numbers in one rename when the feature merges into Penpot. Renaming a migration registers it under a new name, so any database that ran the old names drops the branching tables, or deletes their migrations rows, before it boots this build.
