Andrey Antukh 404ebcc63e 💄 Fix SCSS linter errors in v2_15 release modal styles ...

Replace class selectors with placeholder selectors for @extend
(.modal-overlay-base -> %modal-overlay-base,
 .button-primary -> %button-primary).

Add blank lines after @include mixin calls in 6 rulesets
(.version-tag, .modal-title, .feature-title, .feature-content,
 .feature-list, .next-btn) to satisfy the
declaration-empty-line-before stylelint rule.

Fixes 8 SCSS linter errors in total.
