From c2125e1589b7b275031fc1e86e3f7d148a99f75b Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Andrey Antukh Date: Fri, 9 Oct 2026 17:11:58 +0000 Subject: [PATCH] :arrow_down: Downgrade MCP TypeScript from 7 to 6 The 7.x line ships only a version stub at the `typescript` entry point and no longer exposes the synchronous compiler API, so the `ts.transpileModule` call that `ConnectionMetadata.test.ts` uses to compile `main.ts` and `plugin.ts` into a sandboxed browser context failed with "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'CommonJS')", taking all 11 plugin connection tests down. 6.0.3 restores that API and matches the version the frontend and plugins packages already pin.
