♻️ Rename shadowed 'fn' parameter to 'pred' in removev

Browse Source 
The removev function used 'fn' as its predicate parameter name,
which shadows clojure.core/fn. Rename to 'pred' for clarity and
to follow the naming convention used elsewhere in the namespace.
