📚 Fix the migration guide PDF link (#12656)

Browse Source 
The Nextcloud link to the enterprise migration guide no longer works.
Point it to the new share.

The box also had a bold "Open the full guide (PDF)" line that looked
clickable but was not, with the real link below it. Keep a single
link and mark it as a PDF at the end of the text.
