📚 Document the CI build task in the memory index and AGENTS

Browse Source 
`critical-info` is the first memory every agent reads, and its
`scripts/ci` entry still described the orchestrator as lint + tests +
format over eight modules. `AGENTS.md` repeated the same incomplete
description in its scripts section.

Both now mention the opt-in production build and list `media-processor`
among the modules.
