♻️ Keep the ingest allocator test the parity suite carried

develop added ingest-on-connection-requires-allocator to
graph_sync_parity_test.clj, beside the round trip it shares no fixture
with. This branch retires that file with app.graph.sync, while
app.graph.ingest stays as the batch-export tier, so the test moves to a
namespace of its own rather than leaving with the suite.
