Subject: [PATCH] :wrench: Ignore generated artifacts and local root files

Local scratch files and autogenerated build output were
showing up in git status:

- /*.html and /*.json cover local reports and token
  dumps at the repo root; !/package.json keeps the
  tracked root manifest visible to git.
- /media-processor/target/ and /scripts/__pycache__/
  cover build and Python cache output.
- render-wasm artifacts copied into the exporter go in
  their own commented block.

Record the exporter and render-wasm generated paths in
the module memories so nobody edits or commits them by
hand.
