- 新增可复用工作流 app-build.yml（web 资源 / Android 正式签名 APK / iOS IPA） - publish.yml 的 Android 改用 Expo 构建并上传 R2 与 Release - ios-publish.yml 改为构建 Expo App 并上传 App Store Connect（构建号自动递增） - app-internal.yml 改为调用 app-build.yml 出内测包 - 移除 ./cmd appbuild/eeui 与 electron/build.js 的 eeui 打包流程
