refactor(ai): 简化 AI 命令消息处理为单条 text 消息更新
- 将"正在处理"消息从 notice 类型改为 text 类型
- 命令完成后直接更新原消息内容，而非发送额外消息
- 移除 sendMessage 方法，统一使用 updatePendingMessage
- 重命名 notifyMsgId 为 pendingMsgId 以更准确表达用途
