test(local-dev): normalize the upgrade script's MSYS path rendering on Windows (#6660)
* test(local-dev): normalize the upgrade script's MSYS path rendering on Windows

nginx-local-conf.sh computes its repo root with pwd -P, which inside
Git Bash yields the MSYS mount form (/tmp/... for the Windows temp dir)
— correct for its bash-native consumers (serve.sh, nginx.sh) but never
equal to the test's Windows-form Path.resolve(). Map the rendering back
through cygpath -w before comparing, so the tests read and compare the
rendered config on Git Bash hosts too.

Fixes #6657

* test(local-dev): harden Git Bash path normalization

"""Regression test for the local (non-Docker) launch bind addresses.
``README.md`` documents DeerFlow as deployed by default "in a local trusted
environment (accessible only via the 127.0.0.1 loopback interface)", and the
Docker stack publishes only its nginx entry, on ``${BIND_HOST:-127.0.0.1}``
(``test_compose_default_bind_host.py``). ``make dev`` / ``make start`` instead
started the Gateway with ``--host 0.0.0.0``, nginx with ``listen 2026`` and the
frontend on Next's ``0.0.0.0`` default, so on a LAN or VPN every one of those
ports, including ``/setup`` before the first admin exists, was reachable from
other machines.
Gateway and frontend now always bind loopback; nginx listens on loopback unless
``BIND_HOST`` opts in, the same variable the Docker stack honors.
