* fix(mcp): reconcile committed Gateway config mutations Install selective MCP binding fences inside the Gateway config commit boundary and finish teardown after releasing config locks. Reject frozen durable-task server changes before persistence. Preserve drained cancellation semantics and cover delete/re-add, durable-only bindings, multi-server diffs, shared writers, and post-write reconciliation failure. * test(mcp): pin committed handoff boundaries Prove the fallback fence is installed before releasing the config lock, a committed writer cannot swallow an earlier shared reset, delete/re-add advances the applied baseline and cache generation, and retries after a post-write 500 have explicit conflict or missing semantics. * fix(mcp): fence committed config after reload failure Treat a post-write reload failure as a committed handoff failure so local MCP state is detached before releasing the config lock and teardown remains outside it. * fix(mcp): always finish committed pool teardown Run finish_mcp_reconciliation from a post-lock try/finally so response or logging failures cannot strand a retired full-reset pool. * test(mcp): fence cold-start binding race Pin the in-flight discovery path that keeps the committed fast path from admitting a late old-fingerprint binding. * docs(mcp): document committed teardown guarantee * fix(mcp): sanitize committed response errors Keep post-write response conversion failures behind a fixed HTTP detail while preserving the retired-pool teardown guarantee. * fix(mcp): avoid duplicate committed reconciliation error logs --------- Co-authored-by: Willem Jiang <willem.jiang@gmail.com>
