* fix(subagents): address timeout lifecycle review

Bound durable terminal cleanup waits to 60 seconds while unfinished execution resources stay supervised. Preserve terminal results when cancellation races a child failure, and register deferred registry removal when its fence wait expires.

Add five lifecycle regression cases and preload the sandbox prewarm dependency in the executor test fixture. Validate 470 focused tests, 261 strict blocking-I/O tests, and 50 repeated regression executions under asyncio debug.
