* fix(channels): give DingTalk AI cards the channel token, not the SDK fetch
AICardReplier's async card calls read dingtalk_client.get_access_token()
inline, and dingtalk-stream refreshes it with requests.post and no
timeout. Card creation and card streaming both run on the Gateway loop,
so the first card and every SDK refresh after it (about every two hours)
blocked the loop for the whole token request, without bound if DingTalk
stalled.
Hand the replier a _CardTokenClient that serves the channel's own
httpx token (10s timeout), set before card creation and before every
streamed update. A token failure while streaming now raises into send's
existing sampleMarkdown fallback instead of being skipped silently.
Pin it with a strict blocking-I/O anchor over a real DingTalkStreamClient
and AICardReplier, a gate meta-check, and unit tests for token rotation
and failure. LocalHttpServer also records each request's method, path
and headers.

* fix(channels): keep IM binding codes on screen and report goal state in replies
Connecting Slack, Discord, Feishu, DingTalk, WeCom, Buzz or QQ now opens a
dialog that keeps the /connect command on screen with a copy button, its
expiry time and the binding status, instead of a toast that disappears.
The bots' /connect replies and the IM /goal replies now use the owner's
web UI language (else channel_connections.notification_locale), and /goal
reports the goal's state as the web goal bar does: in progress, why it
stopped, or that it was met.
* docs(changelog): note the IM binding dialog and localized IM replies (#7591)
* test(channels): check IM reply tables against every notification locale
The connect-reply check compared a fixed en-US/zh-CN pair, and the /goal
reply table had none. Both now match NOTIFICATION_LOCALES with the same
keys in each, like the existing _GOAL_REASON_TEXT check, so a new locale
fails here instead of raising KeyError at reply time.

* Track DingTalk stream message tasks to avoid dangling tasks
The stream loop handed each frame to client.background_task() via a
bare asyncio.create_task(...) whose result was dropped. asyncio only
keeps a weak reference to a task once it awaits, so the task could be
garbage-collected mid-execution (silently dropping a message) and any
exception it raised was never observed.
Keep a strong reference to each handler task and discard it via a done
callback, matching the background-task tracking used elsewhere (e.g.
the subagent executor and the MCP session pool).
* fix(channels): observe DingTalk stream task failures

* fix(channels): parse Slack and DingTalk allowed_users fail-closed
Slack and DingTalk still built their allowlists with their own
_normalize_allowed_users: every entry went through str() without
stripping, only list/tuple/set counted as collections, and the gate was
`if self._allowed_users and ...`. A configured list whose entries are all
blank, such as `allowed_users: [$SLACK_USER_ID]` with the variable set to
an empty string, became an empty set and let every sender through.
" U123 " never matched U123, and a frozenset was stringified into one ID.
Parse both with the shared parse_allowed_users helper that Telegram,
WeChat and QQ use, and gate on `is not None`: unset, null, empty
collections and a blank string allow everyone; a scalar is one entry;
strings are stripped and integers keep matching their string form, as
before; booleans, floats, None and mappings are rejected (a mapping as a
whole); a configured value with no valid ID denies every sender and logs
an error. A scalar containing commas or whitespace warns that it stays
one literal ID.
* refactor(channels): share the Slack and DingTalk allowlist coercer and separator warning
Slack and DingTalk had byte-identical ID coercers and their own copies of
the scalar-separator warning. Move the coercer into allowed_users.py as
parse_string_or_int_user_id and opt both channels into
warn_on_scalar_separators, as QQ and WeChat do. Log messages are unchanged.
Pin that a separator-only string such as "," stays one literal ID
(denying everyone else) and still warns.

* fix(channels): make Feishu and DingTalk transports stoppable in-process
FeishuChannel.stop() and DingTalkChannel.stop() could not end their SDK
threads. Both SDKs run on a thread-private event loop that only returned
on a fatal error: lark-oapi's ws.Client.start() parks forever in
run_until_complete(_select()) and has no public stop, and the channel
never kept the client handle; dingtalk-stream's start_forever() is a
while-True loop that also catches CancelledError, and the disconnect()
the channel called does not exist on the SDK. So every stop joined for
5s, raised ChannelStopTimeout, and ChannelService retained the instance
while the platform connection stayed alive on the old process. That
burns the full budget on shutdown and on POST /api/channels/{name}/restart,
and it blocks the per-provider leader lease: a demoted leader could not
release the transport before a peer took over.
Both channels now publish the SDK thread's loop and client under a lock;
stop() schedules a shutdown on that loop and then joins. Feishu disarms
lark's _auto_reconnect before closing the socket and stopping the loop,
because start() otherwise swallows the interrupted run_until_complete in
its reconnect branch and dials again. DingTalk drives its own copy of the
SDK connect loop that re-checks the running flag before every dial, runs
the blocking ticket request off the loop, cancels keepalive with the
socket, and logs the endpoint rather than the ticket-bearing payload. A
shared shutdown_private_loop cancels the SDK's leftover tasks with a
bounded drain and closes the loop; a stop requested before the client
exists never dials. ChannelStopTimeout now only fires for a thread that
genuinely wedges inside an SDK call. Telegram already stopped this way.
Tests: a fake lark ws.Client with the SDK's start() shape (including the
reconnect branch that swallows a bare loop stop), a real local websockets
server that observes the DingTalk close, the stop-before-client race for
both, and a blocking-io anchor that stop() ends a live private loop
without blocking the Gateway loop. All eight were red on main.
* docs(changelog): link the stoppable-transports entry to #6798
* fix(channels): release the socket on a stalled close and bound the DingTalk ticket request
Review follow-ups on #6798 (Totoro-qaq):
Feishu: the bounded _disconnect() wait cancelled websockets' close before
its own close-timeout abort ran, and lark clears _conn in its finally, so
a peer that never answers the close frame left the socket to garbage
collection. Worse, a stop landing while _connect() still held lark's
_lock snapshotted _conn as None. _shutdown_ws now settles the in-flight
dial by taking that lock under one shared close deadline, snapshots the
connection, runs _disconnect() under the same deadline, and aborts the
transport itself (abort_connection_transport in base.py) when the
handshake did not finish, yielding once so connection_lost runs before
loop.stop(). DingTalk's websocket.close() path gets the same abort.
DingTalk: the SDK's open_connection() calls requests.post with no
timeout, and running it in an executor let a stalled ticket endpoint
block interpreter exit (executor workers are joined at shutdown). The
channel now sends the same request through httpx on the stream loop
under a 30s deadline, so stop() cancels it and no worker thread lingers.
Tests drive the real SDK clients against loopback peers: a WebSocket
peer that completes the handshake and never ACKs the close (both
channels assert the connection's socket reports fileno() == -1 right
after stop(); red with the abort disabled), a real websockets server for
the clean path, and a loopback ticket server (ok / 500 / never responds)
with a no-lingering-non-daemon-thread check and a request-shape check.
* fix(dingtalk): preserve Markdown table cell boundaries
DingTalk's sampleMarkdown fallback re-splits table rows on every pipe, so an
escaped pipe (\|) inside a cell is read as a column separator and every value
after it shifts one column to the left. The strip("|") wrapper also removes an
empty leading or trailing cell, dropping that value's column label.
Split rows on unescaped pipes only, and drop at most one outer border cell per
side, so escaped pipes and empty edge cells stay under the right label.
Adds six parameterized regressions plus one full fallback-adapter regression;
all seven fail on the base commit and pass after the fix.
* docs(dingtalk): document escaped-backslash boundary in table row splitter
Document the residual boundary case flagged in review: the
single-character lookbehind in _split_markdown_table_row cannot
distinguish an escaped pipe (\|) from an escaped backslash followed
by a real separator (\\|), so a cell ending in a literal backslash
absorbs the next cell. Full GFM backslash counting is out of scope
for this helper.
* fix(channels): keep blocking SDK teardown off the event loop in stop()
SlackChannel.stop() called SocketModeClient.close() inline. close() joins
the SDK's message-processor thread (~0.7s every call, measured) and waits
for in-flight listeners, whose blocking Web API calls can run up to the
WebClient timeout, so every run, stream and channel on the Gateway stalled
during shutdown and POST /api/channels/{name}/restart.
Feishu and DingTalk had the same shape: they joined their SDK threads
inline with a 5s timeout, and since those threads only return on a fatal
error, the join normally froze the loop for the full 5s.
The teardown now runs through asyncio.to_thread. Slack detaches the client
first so a still-queued connect skips it, and shields and tracks the close
task so a cancelled stop() leaves it running and a retried stop() awaits
the same close instead of closing twice.
tests/blocking_io/test_channel_stop_offloop.py anchors all three stop()
paths to the strict Blockbuster gate, driving a real slack-sdk client.
* docs(changelog): reference #6134
* fix(channels): join the Discord client thread off the event loop in stop()
DiscordChannel.stop() still joined its client thread inline with a 10s
timeout. The thread usually exits right after the cross-loop client close,
but a timed-out close or a slow _run_client() drain keeps it alive for the
whole timeout, stalling the shared Gateway loop the same way the Slack,
Feishu and DingTalk teardown did. Run the join through asyncio.to_thread so
stop() matches the channels/AGENTS.md teardown rule, and add Discord to the
strict Blockbuster anchor.
The channel manager persists inbound attachments with
`write_upload_file_no_symlink` (root-owned, mode 0o600) and then relaxes them
to group/other readable via `_make_inbound_file_sandbox_readable`. In
AIO/Docker sandbox mode the sandbox runs as a non-root user on the bind-mounted
thread directory, so without those bits the file is unreadable and the agent
sees an empty attachment. The HTTP upload route applies the same permit.
`FeishuChannel._receive_single_file` and `DingTalkChannel._receive_single_file`
persist their own bytes and hand back a virtual path instead of routing content
through the manager, so neither reached that permit:
- Feishu leaves `msg.files` populated with `file_key` descriptors, but the
manager's `_read_http_inbound_file` requires a `url` key, so its ingest pass
reads no data and skips the upload.
- DingTalk clears `msg.files`, so the ingest pass returns immediately.
Telegram is unaffected because it hands raw bytes to the manager through
`INBOUND_FILE_CONTENT_KEY`, which is why it was covered when the permit was
added. Apply `apply_upload_sandbox_permits(..., S_IRGRP | S_IROTH)` right after
each channel's own write, off the event loop, mirroring the manager and HTTP
paths.
Tests: `test_channel_file_attachments.py` gains a mounted-provider regression
per channel asserting the persisted upload is group/other readable.
_receive_single_file dropped an attachment with zero log lines whenever
_download_by_code returned None (or empty bytes) - each None reason
already has its accurate line inside the download function (non-200
exchange, missing downloadUrl, oversize abort, transport failure), but
nothing tied the skip to the file being received, and the empty-bytes
case landed in the same silent branch. The caller now logs a neutral
guard line naming the file - the same shape the WeChat channel's callers
and the manager reader use since #5225.
Both the None and empty-bytes paths are pinned by caplog tests;
reverting to the silent branch turns them red. Full DingTalk suite
135 passed / 1 skipped.
* feat(dingtalk): support inbound file and image attachments
DingTalk previously dropped picture and file (document) messages because
`_on_chatbot_message` ignored any message with empty text, so users could
not send files to the agent. This adds inbound attachment support, mirroring
`FeishuChannel`:
- `_extract_files` parses `picture`/`richText` image downloadCodes and `file`
(document) descriptors. `dingtalk_stream.ChatbotMessage.from_dict` does not
parse `file` messages, so `_DingTalkMessageHandler.process` stashes the raw
callback payload on the message (`_df_raw_data`) for the document descriptor.
- `receive_file` downloads each attachment by `downloadCode` via the robot
`messageFiles/download` OpenAPI, persists it into the thread uploads bucket,
syncs it into a non-local sandbox, and prepends the sandbox virtual path to
the message text so the agent can read the file by path.
- Filenames go through the shared `uploads.normalize_filename` helper, which
strips directory components and rejects traversal patterns.
Outbound `send_file` already existed; this completes DingTalk file parity with
Feishu on the inbound side. Adds 21 tests covering extraction, download-by-code,
persistence/sandbox sync, filename sanitization, and the handler raw-data stash.
* fix(dingtalk): address inbound-file review feedback
Follow-up to the review on #4423:
- Make the fallback filename safe by construction. `download_code` is
attacker-controllable webhook data and was embedded into `fallback_name`
unsanitized; it only avoided escaping the uploads directory because the
resulting write failed with OSError. It is now restricted to
`[A-Za-z0-9_-]` before use. Covered by a test that reproduces the old
behaviour (`uploads/dingtalk_../../evil.png`) and by a test that actually
exercises the previously untested `except ValueError` branch (`".."`,
whose basename — unlike `../../etc/passwd` — does raise).
- Log the swallowed `get_image_list()` failure instead of silently returning
no images, so an SDK parse failure is distinguishable from a richText
message that genuinely has no inline images.
- Surface failed downloads to the agent as a short `[failed to load ...]`
marker rather than silently omitting the attachment, so a user whose file
did not load does not simply appear to be ignored. Keeps the cleaner text
shape while restoring the signal Feishu provides.
Tests: 119 passed (was 115).
* fix(dingtalk): claim unique upload names and refuse symlinked destinations
Round 2 review follow-up on #4423. Both findings reproduce as failing tests
against the previous head.
- Inbound attachments no longer overwrite each other. Generated names repeat
across messages (every picture message yields "image.png", richText yields
"image_0.png"), so a later attachment silently replaced an earlier one whose
virtual path had already been prepended to the message text — the agent could
read bytes that were not the ones its prompt referenced. The destination name
is now claimed with the shared `claim_unique_filename` against the live
directory contents, which also covers a real filename sent twice
(`quote.xlsx`), a case Feishu's inline naming does not handle either. The
claim and the write happen under one lock so two attachments cannot resolve
to the same free name.
- Writes go through the shared `write_upload_file_no_symlink` instead of
`Path.write_bytes`. Uploads dirs may be mounted into local sandboxes, so a
sandbox process could leave a symlink at a future upload name and redirect a
gateway-privileged write outside the bucket; the regression test shows the
old code creating the out-of-bucket target.
Tests: 123 passed (was 119).
* fix(dingtalk): harden the inbound download path (self-audit)
Proactive hardening pass over the new inbound path; each fix reproduces as a
failing test against the previous head.
- Contain token failures. `_get_access_token()` sat outside the try in
`_download_by_code`, and the manager awaits `receive_file` without one — a
DingTalk auth hiccup during a file message aborted the whole chat turn with
no reply. Token acquisition moves inside the try, and `receive_file` gains
per-attachment isolation so no unforeseen error can escape past the marker.
- Cap inbound size. The download buffered arbitrary bytes in memory
(`response.content`) with no limit, while outbound uploads already enforce
one. The body is now streamed and dropped once it exceeds
`_MAX_INBOUND_FILE_SIZE_BYTES` (50 MB), surfacing as a failed-load marker.
- Sanitize the failure marker. It embedded the raw webhook `fileName`; a
newline could forge a standalone `/mnt/user-data/uploads/...` line inside
msg.text and an over-long name bloated it. Markers now collapse whitespace
and cap at 80 chars.
- Keep blocking IO off the event loop. `ensure_thread_dirs`, the uploads-dir
resolve, sync `SandboxProvider.acquire`, and `sandbox.update_file` all ran on
the loop; directory prep now lives inside the same `asyncio.to_thread` as the
claim+write, and sandbox sync uses `acquire_async` + an offloaded
`update_file`. Locked by a strict Blockbuster anchor
(tests/blocking_io/test_dingtalk_receive_file.py), verified to fail with
`BlockingError: Blocking call to os.mkdir` when the offload is reverted.
Tests: 127 + 1 blocking-io anchor (was 123); tests/blocking_io/ suite 55 passed.
* fix(dingtalk): surface missing-sandbox sync as a failed load
Round 3 follow-up on #4423:
- When a non-local sandbox acquire succeeds but the provider cannot resolve
the instance, _receive_single_file returned the virtual path anyway — a
path the agent's sandbox cannot read. Mirror Feishu: log and return "",
so the [failed to load ...] marker fires instead. Red-first test:
test_missing_sandbox_after_acquire_yields_marker.
- Drop the dead GetResponse / FakeClient.get scaffolding left in
test_oversized_download_is_dropped from its red-first iteration.
Tests: 128 + 1 blocking-io anchor (was 127 + 1).
* fix(dingtalk): treat non-local sandbox sync failure as a failed load
Round 4 follow-up on #4423. The sync except-branch logged and still returned
the virtual path when acquire or update_file raised on a non-local sandbox —
the same handing-the-agent-an-unreadable-path failure mode the sandbox-is-None
branch was just fixed for, and exactly the leg the suite did not exercise.
Feishu's except-branch returns its failure marker; DingTalk now does the
equivalent (return "" so the failed-load marker fires). Red-first test:
test_update_file_failure_yields_marker.
Tests: 129 + 1 blocking-io anchor (was 128 + 1).

* fix(channels): make channel connect flow deterministic
* make format
* fix(channels): apply connect-code before allowed_users on telegram and wechat
The bind-bootstrap reorder shipped for slack/dingtalk only. Telegram and
WeChat still gate _check_user/allowed_users before connect-code dispatch, so
a newly allowlisted-but-unbound user is silently rejected when binding via the
browser deep-link / connect-code flow — the same deadlock the PR fixes.
- telegram: consume the /start deep-link token before the allowed_users gate.
- wechat: handle the /connect code before the allowed_users gate, and defer
inbound file extraction + context-token tracking past the gate so blocked
senders no longer trigger CDN downloads or token bookkeeping.
Adds regression tests for both adapters mirroring the slack/dingtalk coverage.

* fix(channels): enforce single-active-owner invariant at the DB layer
_revoke_other_active_owners did a SELECT-then-UPDATE in app code with no row
lock or constraint covering active rows. Under READ COMMITTED, two concurrent
connect-code consumes for the same (provider, external_account_id, workspace_id)
from different owners could each observe "no other active owner" and both commit
a connected row, leaving find_connection_by_external_identity nondeterministic.
- Add a partial unique index on (provider, external_account_id, workspace_id)
WHERE status != 'revoked' (portable to SQLite >= 3.8.0 and PostgreSQL) so the
database guarantees at most one non-revoked row per external identity.
- Reorder upsert_connection to revoke other owners' active rows before the new
connected row is flushed (so the index is satisfied at commit), wrapped in a
bounded rollback-and-retry loop. A losing concurrent writer now retries
against the now-visible state instead of committing a duplicate.
Adds DB-constraint, revoked-slot-reuse, and concurrent-upsert regression tests.

* fix(channels): harden connect-status polling primitive
pollChannelConnectionUntilResolved was a free-floating recursive setTimeout
started from onSuccess with no cancellation, no per-provider dedup, a redundant
second endpoint per tick, and an unbounded loop on a non-finite expires_in.
- Extract a framework-agnostic, cancellable poller (connect-poll.ts) that polls
only listChannelConnections() and invalidates the providers query once when the
bind resolves, instead of fetching both endpoints every tick.
- Guard expires_in with a finite check + default window so undefined/NaN can no
longer produce a poll loop that runs until the page closes.
- Track one active poll handle per provider in useConnectChannelProvider via a
ref Map: a new connect cancels the prior poll for that provider, and a useEffect
cleanup cancels all polls on unmount.
Adds unit tests for resolve-and-stop, cancellation, and non-finite-expiry.

* fix(channels): stop leaking blocked-sender content in DingTalk INFO log; document bind semantics
Moving the allowed_users gate past _extract_text meant the parsed-message INFO
log (text=%r, first 100 chars) fired for senders that allowed_users would have
rejected, defeating the filter's noise/privacy role. Move that log to after the
allowed_users gate so blocked senders' message text never reaches INFO logs.
Also document the two operator-relevant semantic changes in backend/CLAUDE.md:
connect-code dispatch runs before allowed_users (so allowed_users is no longer a
bind-time defense; the model relies on code confidentiality + 600s TTL + one-time
consumption), and the single-active-owner-per-external-identity transfer semantics
now backed by the partial unique index.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* docs(channels): note connect-code-vs-allowlist and ownership transfer in operator guide
Mirror the backend/CLAUDE.md notes in the operator-facing IM_CHANNEL_CONNECTIONS.md:
connect codes are consumed before allowed_users (so a not-yet-allowlisted user can
still complete a first bind, and allowed_users is not a bind-time defense), and an
external identity has at most one active owner with last-bind-wins transfer enforced
at the DB layer.

* refactor(channels): lift connect-code dispatch into Channel base class
Each adapter duplicated the ordering-sensitive boilerplate of extracting a
/connect code and guarding on the connection repo before its allowed_users gate.
The duplication is what let telegram/wechat drift and keep the gate ahead of the
bind. Centralize it:
- Move `_connection_repo` onto Channel.__init__ (removing 7 duplicate assignments).
- Add Channel._pending_connect_code(text), which guards on the repo and extracts
the code, documenting that adapters MUST consult it before authorization so a
browser-initiated bind can bootstrap a not-yet-authorized identity.
- Route slack, discord, feishu, dingtalk, wechat, and wecom through the helper.
This also fixes a latent inconsistency where slack dispatched a bind even when
no connection repo was configured.
Pure refactor — the full channel suite stays green; adds a direct unit test for
the base helper's contract.

* make format
* fix(channels): redact DingTalk parsed-message INFO log content
Log text_len instead of the first 100 chars of message text, so message
content never reaches INFO logs (the after-gate move already keeps blocked
senders out entirely). This takes over the redaction from #3584 so only this
PR touches dingtalk.py, letting the two PRs merge in any order conflict-free.

Frontend connect flow:
- Open the runtime-config dialog only when a provider still needs
credentials; configured providers go straight to the connect flow, so
the binding-code/deep-link path is reachable from the UI again.
- After saving credentials, continue into the connect flow when a user
binding is still required (multi-user mode) instead of stopping at a
"Connected" toast.
- Extract shared provider-state helpers to core/channels/provider-state
and add unit + e2e coverage for the direct-connect and
configure-then-connect paths.
Provider status semantics:
- Report connection_status from the user's newest connection row;
with no binding it is not_connected, except in auth-disabled local
mode where a configured running channel is effectively connected.
Concurrency and event-loop correctness:
- Offload ChannelRuntimeConfigStore construction and writes, channel
service construction, and Slack connection replies to threads; add a
tests/blocking_io/ anchor for the runtime-config handlers.
- Consume binding codes with a conditional UPDATE so a code can only be
used once under concurrent workers; retry upsert_connection as an
update when a concurrent insert wins the unique constraint.
- Serialize ensure_channel_ready per channel so concurrent provider
polls cannot double-start a channel worker.
Config and migration hardening:
- Stop mutating the get_app_config()-cached Telegram provider config;
the runtime store now owns the UI-entered bot username.
- Register channel_connections in STARTUP_ONLY_FIELDS with the
standardized startup-only Field description.
- Match the legacy unsafe-id bucket by recomputing its exact SHA-1 name
so another user's same-prefix bucket can never be migrated.
- Remove the unused Telegram process_webhook_update path and document
src/core/channels in the frontend docs.

* Address PR review comments on authz scoping and channel runtime
Security (review feedback from ShenAC-SAC):
- Scope internal-token callers to the connection owner carried in
X-DeerFlow-Owner-User-Id instead of bypassing owner checks outright,
in both require_permission(owner_check=True) and the stateless run
endpoints. Internal callers keep access to their own and
shared/legacy threads, and may claim a default-owned channel thread
for its real owner, but a leaked internal token no longer grants
cross-user thread access.
- Require admin privileges for POST/DELETE /api/channels/{provider}/
runtime-config: runtime credentials and channel workers are
instance-wide shared state (same model as the MCP config API).
Read-only provider listing stays available to all users.
Performance (review feedback from willem-bd):
- Skip the redundant thread channel-metadata PATCH after the first
successful backfill per thread.
- Reuse the per-connection Slack WebClient until its token changes
instead of constructing one per outbound message.
- Reconcile channel readiness for all providers concurrently in
GET /api/channels/providers.
Also resolve the code-quality unused-import flag in the blocking-io
anchor by pre-importing the channel service via importlib.

* Reconcile UI runtime channel config with config reload on restart
Main now reloads a channel's config.yaml entry on restart_channel()
(#3514, issue #3497). Adapt the user-owned connection flow to coexist:
- configure_channel() restarts with reload_config=False — the caller
just supplied the authoritative config (browser-entered credentials
that are never written to config.yaml), so a file reload must not
clobber it with the stale on-disk entry.
- _load_channel_config() re-applies the UI runtime-store overlay used
at startup, so an operator-triggered restart keeps browser-entered
credentials for channels without a config.yaml entry and does not
resurrect a channel disconnected from the UI.
- Offload the reload's disk IO (config.yaml + runtime store) with
asyncio.to_thread, matching the blocking-IO policy on this branch.

- Add configuration examples in config.example.yaml and .env.example
- Update all README translations with setup instructions
- Add comprehensive test suite (test_dingtalk_channel.py) and
metadata propagation test in test_channels.py
- Update backend CLAUDE.md to document DingTalk channel

* fix(channels): address PR review feedback for DingTalk integration
- Replace runtime mutation of CHANNEL_CAPABILITIES with a
`supports_streaming` property on the Channel base class, overridden
by DingTalkChannel, FeishuChannel, and WeComChannel
- Store stream client reference and attempt graceful disconnect in
stop(); guard _on_chatbot_message with _running check to prevent
post-stop message processing
- Use msg.chat_id as the primary routing key in send/send_file via
a shared _resolve_routing helper, with metadata as fallback
- Fix process() return type annotation from tuple[str, str] to
tuple[int, str] to match AckMessage.STATUS_OK
- Protect _incoming_messages with threading.Lock for cross-thread
safety between the Stream Push thread and the asyncio loop
- Re-add Docker Compose URL guidance removed during DingTalk setup
docs addition in README.md
- Fix incomplete sentence in README_zh.md (missing verb "启用")

* fix(docs): restore plain paragraph format for Docker Compose note

* fix(channels): fix isinstance TypeError and add file size guard in DingTalk channel
Use tuple syntax for isinstance() type check to avoid runtime TypeError
with PEP 604 union types. Add upload size limit (20MB) before reading
files into memory. Narrow exception handlers to specific types.

* fix(channels): propagate markdown fallback errors and validate access token response
- Re-raise exceptions in _send_markdown_fallback to prevent partial
deliveries (files sent without accompanying text)
- Validate _get_access_token response: reject non-dict bodies, empty
tokens, and coerce invalid expireIn to a safe default
- Add tests for both fixes

* fix(channels): validate upload response and broaden send_file exception handling
- Validate _upload_media JSON response: handle JSONDecodeError and
non-dict payloads gracefully by returning None
- Broaden send_file exception tuple to include TypeError and
AttributeError for unexpected JSON shapes

* fix(channels): fix streaming race on channel registration and slim outbound metadata
- Register channel in service before calling start() to avoid race
where background receiver publishes inbound before registration,
causing manager to fall back to static CHANNEL_CAPABILITIES
- Strip known-large metadata keys (raw_message, ref_msg) from outbound
messages to prevent memory bloat from propagated inbound payloads
