docs(zh): document the /agent channel commands in README_zh (#6593)

The Chinese command table skipped straight from /memory to /help, so the /agent list and /agent use <name> rows and the conversation-scoped agent-selection paragraph documented in README.md were missing entirely. Mirror them from the English README.

智能体选择是会话级的：`/agent use <name>` 会开启一个新对话，并将该自定义智能体固定到 thread 元数据中。已有对话不会在中途切换智能体；该选择在 Gateway 重启后仍然有效，在 Web UI 中打开 IM 创建的 thread 时，也会继续使用同一个自定义智能体。
使用 `/agent use lead_agent` 可在新对话中回到默认智能体。
模型选择是会话级的：`/model <name>` 将模型固定到**当前**会话——会按调用方可见的模型列表校验，选择写入 thread 元数据（Gateway 重启后仍有效），从下一条消息开始生效，无需新开对话。`/model` 查看当前生效模型及其来源，`/model default` 清除固定，`/models` 会报告当前固定的模型。
