docs(tools): fix dead ACP protocol link and protocol name (#7479)

Browse Source 
agentconnectprotocol.org no longer resolves (NXDOMAIN). The integration
depends on agent-client-protocol (Agent Client Protocol by Zed
Industries), so point both en and zh tool guides at its canonical
site https://agentclientprotocol.com and use the protocol's actual
name.
