docs(backend): repoint the ARCHITECTURE.md module paths that do not resolve (#6245)

Browse Source 
Four of the eight packages/harness/deerflow citations in this file name modules
that are not in the tree: sandbox/local.py, mcp/manager.py, skills/loader.py,
and tools/__init__ (missing its extension). The LocalSandboxProvider class lives
under sandbox/local/, the MCP and skills subsystems are packages rather than
single manager/loader modules, and get_available_tools is re-exported by
tools/__init__.py.
