### AIO Cached Sandbox Health
`sandbox.auto_restart` defaults to true. AIO checks tracked active and warm containers during acquire, off the event loop for async callers. `get()` and `get_scoped()` remain memory-only because async tool paths call them on the event loop. A definitive dead result uses the ownership-fenced unhealthy-sandbox teardown; disabling the option skips cached-container health checks.
