docs(zh): add the missing Startup Modes section to README_zh (#6129)

Mirror the English README's Startup Modes section (introduced and refined in #5995) into the Chinese version: the startup mode matrix, the stop/restart commands, and the SKIP_FRONTEND_BUILD opt-in note. README_zh previously had no documented way to run services in daemon or production mode or to stop/restart them.

`make start` 与 `make start-daemon` 每次运行都会用 `next build` 重新构建前端。如需复用上一次的构建结果，可传入 `SKIP_FRONTEND_BUILD=1`（或在直接调用 `./scripts/serve.sh --prod` 时附加 `--skip-frontend-build`）。该选项为可选行为：当 `frontend/.next` 中没有已完成的构建时会快速失败。
#### LangGraph Studio（可选）
默认的 `make dev` 拓扑使用 DeerFlow 内嵌于 Gateway 的运行时，无需 LangGraph Studio。
