feat(webui): 添加视觉模型连接测试功能

- 新增 test_vision_model_connection 函数,用于测试视觉模型连接
- 在视觉模型设置界面添加测试连接按钮
- 实现对 Gemini 和 NarratoAPI 两种提供商的连接测试
- 优化界面布局,注释掉部分冗余代码
