8071c277b6 chore: 修复静态资源路径并新增前端构建部署脚本 
修复了多个页面中静态资源的相对路径，改为使用 @ 别名简化路径
新增管理后台和 uniapp 移动端的开发、构建及部署命令到 run.sh
优化 hyperlink 函数样式以适配终端显示
